The HPA Spring Regional Show/Sale scheduled for April 17-18 in Cincinnati has been cancelled due to the CORVID 19 pandemic. While this is a great disappointment, HPA is committed to the health and wellbeing, not only of our members, but those attending the show. Additionally, restrictions by the State of Ohio on mass gatherings, the mandatory shuttering of Ohio’s bars and restaurants, and the closure of many public gathering places such as Cincinnati’s museums, factored into this decision.
If you reserved a room at the Hilton Cincinnati Blue Ash Garden Inn you must cancel your reservation personally. HPA CANNOT cancel your hotel room. Please note this from the Hilton website: Existing Reservations: All reservations – even those described as non-cancellable (“Advanced Purchase”) – that are scheduled for arrival before April 30, 2020 can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. For those of you who have already registered for the show, HPA will be refunding your money.
HPA is sorry for any inconvenience this might cause, but please note this decision was not made lightly and was made with the best intentions of our members.
