HPA 31st Annual National Show and Sale

The Hull Pottery Association’s 31^st National Show and Sale is just around the corner! The show will be July 12-13, 2024 at Crooksville High School in Crooksville, OH.  We will kick things off with the annual social at the Roseville Community Center starting on Thursday, July 11 at 6:00 PM.  Dealers, please remember the move in time on Thursday, July 11 is from 3:00-5:00 PM. Please do not enter the building before 3:00 PM to allow for the room setup to be completed.

Also remember there are NEW show hours for 2024.  The shows will close one hour earlier each day. Please see the schedule below for details. Because of the new closing time, the annual membership meeting will be held one hour earlier on Friday, July 12.

During the show on Friday and Saturday there will be the hourly raffles with Burley Clay products up for grabs. Remember you MUST be present to win the hourly raffles. The luncheon honoring Hull employees is being moved to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. 

Don’t forget there will be an auction on Friday. Items to be auctioned off include specially glazed 2023 commemoratives!!

We will also be welcoming back Vice President of Burley Clay Rick Emmert and former Hull Pottery President Larry Taylor.

2024 Show Schedule

Thursday, July 11

3:00-5:00 p.m.  Dealers move in. Crooksville High School, 4075 Ceramic Way, Crooksville, OH 43731. Dealers may bring their items into the school and place them under their tables. There is NO setting up. Please DO NOT enter the building before 3:00 p.m.

6:00-8:00 p.m. Social get together. Roseville Community Center, 13047 Karl Broad Road, Roseville, OH 43777. HPA members are welcome to the annual Thursday night social. Dinner and soft drinks will be provided. Drawing will be held for #1 commemorative. Please feel free to come early to help set up.

Friday, July 12

7:00-9:00 a.m.  Dealers can begin setting up for the show.

9:00 a.m.  HPA members are allowed into the show.

10:00 a.m. General public is allowed into the show.  Raffles will be held beginning at 11:00 a.m. You MUST be present to win.

1:00 pm. Last raffle of the day including large Burley Clay planter. Burley Clay VP Rick Emmert will help with the drawing.

2:00 p.m.  Auction of special pieces.

3:00 p.m. Show closes.

3:00 p.m. HPA annual membership meeting in the cafeteria/show.

Saturday, July 15

8:00 a.m.  Dealers may come in to work on their items.

9:00 a.m.  HPA members are allowed into the show.

10:00 a.m. General public is allowed into the show.  Raffles will be held beginning at 11:00 a.m. You MUST be present to win.

11:00 a.m. Former Hull Pottery President Larry Taylor will speak.

11:30 a.m.  Lunch honoring Hull employees.   

1:00 p.m. Last raffle of the day including Burley Clay bird bath.

2:00 p.m. Show closes
